1 week in already, and it has just flown by.
As expected, yesterday was an "off day." I mean, I did play a last minute gig at an anniversary party, cleaned the downstairs, cooked meals for the next couple days and did laundry, so we'll call it an adult day off. I'm glossing over a lot, as I'm writing this on break, but it was a much appreciated off day, and ya need those every now and then, right?
Oh, and I logged 4.2 miles, most of it during a beautiful evening ride:
